• Spearheaded mechanical design, simulation, and testing for multiple engine projects

• Applied for and managed provisional patents for innovative designs

• Led and completed two TÜBİTAK National Research Grants and secured a third grant

• Established 1D simulation models in GT-Suite for the JAZARI mechanism

• Oversaw recruitment, interviewing over 120 candidates, and implemented onboarding systems

• Lead of JAZARI in house engine test rig project

• Lead full manufacturing process for over 30 engine iterations for JAZARI
